The 500-set threshold on printed custom boxes exists because box printing carries plate and setup costs that have to be spread across a run. Default Incoterm is FOB Tianjin — we clear export customs and deliver alongside the vessel at Tianjin Xingang, and you control the main carriage. Tianjin sits about an hour from our factory, which keeps inland haulage short and cheap. We also quote EXW, CIF, CFR and DDP, including DDP delivery straight into an Amazon FBA warehouse with FNSKU labels applied. How to place a wholesale order

1. Send your requirements. Designs or artwork, sizes, quantities, packaging format and destination country. Email [email protected] or WhatsApp +86 156 0537 8062.
2. Receive a firm quotation within 24 hours, itemised by component so you can see where to economise if you need to hit a target landed cost.
3. Order a sample. One physical kit for you to paint and inspect. Sample cost is refunded against your first production order.
4. Confirm and pay a 30% deposit. We book materials and schedule the run; balance is due before shipment.
5. Production, 8–15 days. You get photos and video at kitting and packing stages, plus a final AQL inspection report.
6. Ship and track. We provide the commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading or air waybill, and any certificates your broker requires.

Quality control and compliance

Wholesale buyers carry the reputational risk if a kit fails, so we inspect at four points rather than one:

• Incoming materials — canvas weight and coating, paint viscosity and pigment, brush filament elasticity, board grammage.
• In-line printing — registration of the numbered outline, colour consistency against the approved proof, legibility of small numbers.
• Kitting — colour count matches the canvas, every pot is numbered and foil-sealed, no dried or leaked paint, brush count correct, reference cards present.
• Final AQL 2.5 sampling before cartons are sealed, with a report and photographs sent to you.

What is the cheapest paint by numbers kit you supply in bulk?

The 10 × 15 cm mini kit from $0.46 per set at 5,000+ units, FOB Tianjin. Mini kits are popular as gift-with-purchase items, subscription box fillers, party favours and low-price-point marketplace listings, and they cost very little to ship because they are flat and light.

Can I mix designs in one wholesale order?

Yes. Assorted orders start at 300 sets total with no per-design minimum, which is the most common way new buyers build a range: ten designs at thirty sets each lets you find out what sells before committing to depth. We pack assortments to your ratio and label each carton clearly.

Do you supply Amazon FBA sellers?

Regularly. We apply FNSKU labels, poly-bag with suffocation warnings where required, and build cartons to Amazon's size and weight limits so they are received without issue. We can ship DDP directly to your FBA warehouse. Send us your listing plan and we will confirm carton dimensions against current FBA requirements.

What are your payment terms for wholesale orders?

T/T bank transfer with 30% deposit and 70% balance against inspection photos before shipment. PayPal and Wise are available for orders under $2,000, and Alibaba Trade Assurance if you prefer platform-backed escrow. After three successful orders, established accounts may apply for net terms.

How quickly can you restock a design that is selling fast?

Repeat orders of an existing design ship in 8 days, because the numbered layout, paint recipes and box artwork are already approved and on file. What if some kits arrive damaged or with dried paint?

Send photographs within 14 days of delivery. We replace the affected units in your next shipment, issue a credit note, or refund that portion — whichever suits your cash flow. Dried paint is almost always a sealing failure rather than a formulation problem, which is why every pot is foil-sealed and vacuum-strip packed and why we inspect seals at kitting stage.
