What to include for a quote within 24 hours
The more of this you send in the first message, the more accurate our first quote is — and the fewer rounds of back-and-forth you need. Six details are enough to start:
- What you want to buy — one of wholesale stock kits, a custom or private label build, or dropshipping fulfilment.
- Canvas size — 20 × 30, 30 × 40, 40 × 50 cm and so on, framed or unframed.
- Quantity — total units, and per design if you are ordering an assortment.
- Artwork — your files, a link to a folder, or a description of what you want designed free of charge.
- Packaging — plain box, printed colour box, kraft mailer or rigid gift box; whether you need barcodes, FNSKU labels or multilingual warnings.
- Destination country and Incoterm — so we can price FOB Tianjin, CIF or DDP and flag the compliance testing your market requires.
If you would rather have a target price in mind first, tell us your target retail price and market. We can usually find a specification that hits it — often by adjusting colour count, brush quality, canvas weight or packaging format rather than by cutting anything a customer would notice.
Samples
We strongly recommend painting a sample before you commit to a production run, and we make it cheap to do so. Existing designs from our library ship as a single kit at product cost plus courier, typically $25–$45 delivered depending on destination. Custom samples built from your own artwork take 3–5 working days to produce. Sample cost is refunded in full against your first production order, so in practice sampling is free for anyone who goes on to buy.
When your sample arrives, work through the checks in our 14-point supplier vetting checklist — coverage in one coat, brush tip recovery, number legibility, seal integrity and box fit. It is the same list we use internally.
Visiting the factory
You are welcome at our facility in Tianjin. Give us two weeks' notice and we will build an agenda covering the canvas print line, the paint laboratory and filling station, brush assembly, the kitting floor and the QC station, followed by a sit-down with the designers who would handle your artwork. Tianjin is 30 minutes by high-speed rail from Beijing South station, and roughly two hours by car from Beijing Capital airport, so a factory visit combines easily with a Beijing trip. Send your passport details if you need an invitation letter for a business visa.

How quickly will I get a reply?
Within 24 hours, and usually the same working day if you message during our business hours of 08:30–18:00 China Standard Time, Monday to Saturday. WhatsApp tends to be fastest because it delivers photographs and artwork files instantly.
Is the first quotation really free?
Yes. Quotations, artwork conversion, digital proofs and revisions cost nothing. You pay only when you order samples or production. There is no design fee, no plate fee on standard packaging and no account setup fee.
Do you work with individuals and very small businesses?
Yes. Sole traders, first-time Etsy and Shopify sellers and individuals testing an idea are welcome — that is exactly what our dropshipping programme exists for, since it has no minimum order. For wholesale we ask only that you have a sales channel in place.
Can you send me a catalogue and price list?
Yes. Email us with your company name, country and the product categories you are interested in and we will send the current design catalogue PDF with thumbnails, sizes, colour counts and item codes, plus the wholesale price list. Indicative pricing is also published on our wholesale page.
How will my information be handled?
Enquiry details are used only to answer you, prepare quotations and fulfil orders. We do not sell or share contact data with third parties, and we can sign an NDA before you send artwork.
